My name is Humaira and I’m a book and DVD fan!

This blog will be used to review the various books and DVDs that come my way.

I mainly read fiction, romance, mystery and occasionally branch into action and non-fiction books. My favourite books are:

As for DVDs, my favourite films are:

and many more.

The one thing I don’t watch is Horror movies, but everything else is fair game.

I love Indian Movies as well and will from time to time, review them as well. Indian movies have lots of singing, dancing and outrageous storylines so they make a good escape from real life.

How the Reviews Work

I only review books and DVDs I’ve read and watched the whole way through. I can’t in good faith review something when I haven’t finished it as it wouldn’t be a fair review. So sometimes I’ll watch a TV series or read a book and not even manage to get past the first page before I get frustrated. But these will never be mentioned on the blog because it might be I’m not in the mood for that story, or it just isn’t my cup of tea.

All the reviews are my opinion on the story so I want to share only those I’ve watched or read all the way through.
